Companies Hiring Most Aggressively Right Now

Sigma Computing, Oasis Security and Life360 ranked among the fastest-moving employers in May 2026, with most open roles posted within the last 30 days.

Based on 200+ companies using Greenhouse ATS, fresh job postings remain one of the clearest public signals of active hiring demand. Companies that continuously refresh openings often indicate expanding teams, new budgets, or accelerating recruiting activity rather than maintaining stale listings. In the latest snapshot of hiring data, multiple employers posted more than 70% of their active openings within the last month, a pace significantly above broader market averages.

Sigma Computing led the ranking for the second consecutive day, with 96% of its active openings posted within the last 30 days. Oasis Security followed at 90%, while Benevity and Life360 also recorded unusually high concentrations of recent listings. Several firms combined high posting velocity with relatively low median job ages, suggesting active recruiting pipelines rather than slow-moving or dormant openings.

Larger employers also appeared near the top of the ranking despite operating at much greater scale. Stone recorded 268 recently posted openings, while Remote listed 164 and Toast posted 194 openings within the last month. Coupang, Lucid Motors and Zscaler also maintained elevated hiring activity across hundreds of active roles.

The data additionally highlights how hiring momentum varies across sectors. Cybersecurity firms including SentinelOne, Chainguard and Oasis Security continued posting fresh openings at elevated rates, while infrastructure and AI-related companies such as Grafana Labs, Apollo.io and Lightning AI maintained active recruiting pipelines despite broader uncertainty across the technology labor market.
